Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the TalentHRC platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are entering into them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. The service
TalentHRC is a hosted HR platform covering employee directory, leave management, documents and hiring. It does not process payroll. Specific features depend on the plan or order agreed with you.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Access is scoped by role and by company; you must not attempt to access another company’s workspace or data.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, no reverse engineering, and no use that disrupts the service for others.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you put into the product and are the controller of any employee personal data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store it and for the rights of the individuals it concerns. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Paid plans begin after any free trial. Fees, billing period and scope are set out in your plan or order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the platform, its software and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription. You keep your own data and content.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service reliable and secure but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and dependencies on third-party infrastructure may occasionally affect availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may end the agreement per your plan terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which we may delete it. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breach of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated directly. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
